We use WhatsApp for enquiries, enrolment confirmation, batch groups and student support. When you message us on WhatsApp, your message and phone number are processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, in addition to ours. Batch groups are visible to other students in that group — please share only what you are comfortable sharing there.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Payment providers, to process your fee or order
• Courier and logistics partners, to deliver your kit or products
• Video conferencing and hosting providers used to deliver classes and store recordings
• Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law

Each of these receives only the minimum information needed to perform its function.

Student content and course recordings

Class recordings, PDF notes and course material are provided for your personal learning only. Access is time-limited to the period stated for your course. Sharing, re-selling, downloading for redistribution or uploading course content anywhere is not permitted and may result in access being withdrawn.

If you submit practice work or assignments, we may use them for feedback and, only with your separate permission, on our website or social media. We publish at most a first name and city — never your phone number, email address, full address or payment information.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS across the website, access controls on administrative accounts, hashed passwords for any login system, and limiting who can access student records.
