Course Terms

Scope

These Course Terms apply to every student enrolled in a Neetu Mehndi Art course. They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Enrolment

1. Choose your course and confirm the fee, timing and start date on the course page.
2. Pay the fee through the official payment page.
3. Send your payment confirmation on WhatsApp with your name and the course you have chosen.
4. Your seat is confirmed once we acknowledge it. You are then added to the batch WhatsApp group.

Classes

• Classes run live on Zoom; the timing for your batch is confirmed before it starts
• Teaching is in Hindi & English Medium
• The Zoom link is shared in your batch group before each class
• Join a few minutes early and keep your practice material ready
• Missed a class? The recording is available afterwards

Recordings and material

Class recordings are available for 6 months from the date of the class, unless a different period is stated for your course. PDF notes and practice hand sheets are shared through the batch group or, once live, through your student dashboard.

Recordings and material are for your personal learning only. Sharing your access, downloading for redistribution, or re-uploading content anywhere is a breach of these terms and may result in access being withdrawn without refund.

Assignments and feedback

Practice assignments are given so that your work can be reviewed and corrected. Submitting them is how you get personal feedback — it is the part of the course that makes the biggest difference to your progress. Submissions are reviewed in the order they are received.

Free mehndi kit

A free professional mehndi kit is included with course enrolment. It is dispatched after your enrolment is confirmed and a complete delivery address is provided. Kit contents may vary slightly by availability, with equivalent items substituted where needed. Shipping is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Certificate

A course completion certificate is issued after you complete the course and submit the required assignments.

Neetu Mehndi Art is not a government-registered educational institute. It is an independent professional platform that provides practical mehndi training based on real experience. Certificates issued are course completion certificates and are not affiliated with any government or educational authority.

Support

• Doubt clearing sessions are held during the course
• The batch WhatsApp group stays available for questions and updates
• Lifetime support means you can reach out for guidance even after the course ends
• Support is provided during our working hours: Monday – Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM IST

Batch changes

We may adjust a class date or timing for a genuine operational reason and will inform your batch in advance. If a class cannot be held, it is rescheduled — no class is simply dropped.

Student conduct

• Be respectful to Neetu Ji, the team and fellow students
• Do not share other students' work or personal details without their permission
• Do not use the batch group for unrelated promotion
• Do not record or screen-capture live sessions

Serious or repeated breaches may lead to removal from the batch without refund.

Privacy of student data

Your phone number, email, address and payment details are never published on the website. Student work is shown publicly only with permission, and at most with a first name and city. Once the student login portal is live, your classes and recordings will be visible only to you, behind secure server-side authentication.

Outcomes

We teach practical, income-oriented skills and share honest business guidance. What you earn depends on your practice, effort and market — we do not guarantee any particular income or number of clients.
