Free Certificate Maker

Put your own logo and signature on a certificate and download a print-quality landscape PDF. Made inside your browser — nothing is uploaded.

Please read before you start. This tool is for your own certificates — your name, your institute, your students. It is not a way to make a Neetu Mehndi Art certificate. Our own course certificates are issued only by us, carry a certificate number, and are entered in our certificate register. Every certificate made here carries a small line saying it was made with this free tool and issued by the organisation named on it.

1 · Certificate

Leave this empty and the sentence is written for you.

2 · Who is issuing it

PNG with a clear background looks best. Stays on your device.

3 · Signature

A photo of your signature on white paper works well.

4 · Look

Landscape A4 · 300 DPI · ready to print.

Your logo, signature and every name you type stay inside this browser tab. Nothing is uploaded to us, and nothing is saved when you close the page.

How it works

Three steps, about two minutes

No sign-up, no watermark, no limit on how many you make.

Fill in the details

Choose the certificate type, type the name and the course or event. The preview on the right updates as you type, so what you see is exactly what you get.

Add your own branding

Upload your logo and a photo of your signature, then pick a design and a colour set. Everything is optional — the certificate looks complete without them too.

Download and print

Press Download PDF. You get a landscape A4 file at 300 DPI, which prints sharp on ordinary or textured paper. PNG is there too, for sending on WhatsApp.

Questions

Before you use it

Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark on the certificate and no limit on how many you make. It is a free tool on our website.

Nowhere. The certificate is drawn inside your own browser and the PDF is made there too. Nothing is sent to our server, so we never see the names you type or the logo you upload. Close the tab and it is all gone.

Landscape A4 — 297 × 210 mm — rendered at 300 DPI, which is the standard for printing. The file is usually one to three megabytes.

No. The certificate is saved as a picture inside the PDF, so it always prints exactly as you saw it. To change something, come back to this page and make it again — it takes a minute.

Not yet. Right now it makes one certificate at a time. A bulk option, where you paste a list of names and get one PDF with a page for each, is being worked on.

No, and that is true of every certificate maker. This tool simply prints what you type onto a nicely designed page. Its meaning comes from you or your institute — not from us and not from any authority. Please do not use it to imitate a government body, a university, or any organisation that is not your own.
