What we ship

We ship the free professional mehndi kit that comes with course enrolment, and any products ordered from our Shop once the store goes live. Course classes, recordings and PDF material are delivered online and are not shipped physically.

Order processing

1. Free kits are dispatched after your enrolment is confirmed and your delivery address is received.
2. Product orders are processed within 1–3 working days of confirmation.
3. You receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details on WhatsApp or email.
4. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery timelines

Timelines below are estimates from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order:

• Metro cities in India — 3 to 5 working days
• Other cities and towns in India — 5 to 8 working days
• Remote or hard-to-reach areas — 8 to 12 working days
• International destinations — 10 to 21 working days, subject to customs

Wedding season, festivals and weather can add to these times. We will keep you informed if there is a significant delay.

Shipping charges

• The free mehndi kit included with a course is shipped free within India
• Product shipping charges within India are shown at checkout
• International shipping is charged at actual cost and confirmed before dispatch
• Customs duties, import taxes and local handling charges on international orders are payable by the recipient

Delivery address

Please give a complete address with landmark, PIN code and a reachable mobile number. We are not able to change the address once a shipment is handed to the courier. Deliveries returned because of an incorrect address, an unreachable number or repeated unavailability may be re-shipped at the customer's cost.

Receiving your order

1. Check the packaging before accepting the parcel.
2. Refuse delivery if the outer packaging is clearly damaged or tampered with, and tell us immediately.
3. Record an unboxing video where possible — it makes any damage claim much easier to settle.
4. Report a damaged, defective or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you receive a tracking number and courier name. If tracking has not updated for more than 4 working days, message us on WhatsApp at +91 98160 10450 and we will follow it up with the courier.

Lost shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will re-send the item or refund it in full, at your choice. Investigation with the courier can take up to 15 working days.
