Certificate Status: The certificate issued by Neetu Mehndi Art upon course completion is a Course Completion Certificate only. It is not recognized or affiliated with any government body, university, board of education, or any official regulatory authority.
Purpose of Certificate: The certificate serves as proof that the student has completed the Neetu Mehndi Art training program and has gained practical mehndi skills. It may be used for personal portfolio, freelance work, or to start your own mehndi business.
Skill-Based Training: Neetu Mehndi Art provides professional skill development courses. The value of these courses lies in the practical skills, creative techniques, and business knowledge imparted — not in any academic credential.
Results May Vary: Student progress and skill development depend on individual practice, dedication, and effort. Neetu Mehndi Art does not guarantee specific outcomes or income levels post-completion.

Non-Refundable Items: Any physical materials (Mehndi Kit, practice templates, study material) that have been dispatched or delivered cannot be returned or refunded separately.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval by Neetu Mehndi Art.

1. Eligibility: Our courses are open to anyone interested in learning mehndi art, regardless of age, location, or experience level. Students must be able to receive WhatsApp communications and have access to internet for online classes.
2. Free Classes: Neetu Mehndi Art offers free mehndi tutorials on YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms. These are available to everyone without charge and are for personal learning.
3. Paid Courses: Paid courses include structured curriculum, live classes, recordings, study materials, Mehndi Kit, and a completion certificate. Access is provided upon successful payment and enrollment.
4. Student Conduct: Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior in all class interactions. Sharing course recordings, materials, or login details with non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited.
- One enrollment is valid for one student only — course access is non-transferable
- Recording or screen-capturing live classes without permission is prohibited
- Students may not sell or redistribute any Neetu Mehndi Art course materials
- Disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the course without refund
5. Course Access: Recorded class access is provided for 6 months from the date of enrollment. After this period, access may be renewed upon request and availability.
6. Changes to Courses: Neetu Mehndi Art reserves the right to update course content, schedules, fees, and policies at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes via WhatsApp.
7. Limitation of Liability: Neetu Mehndi Art is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or courses. We are a skill training platform and do not guarantee employment or specific income outcomes.
8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Himachal Pradesh, India.
